The Fire Prevention Bureau is responsible for the reduction of hazards through education, inspection and code enforcement. Working directly for the Fire Chief, Fire Marshal Tom Smith and Assistant Fire Marshal Peter Mulvihill take pride in assisting the residents and business owners of Incline Village and Crystal Bay. Together these experienced and dedicated professionals work hard to assure our community is safe with the use of our local fire codes and ordinances.
The Fire Prevention Bureau office is located at the administrative office at 866 Oriole Way. We are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to meet your needs. Our administration office is led by Business Manager, Sharon Cary.
